Overview

Coincurve delivers Bitcoin and virtual currencies to your personal wallet within a few clicks of a button. No need sign up for an account. Our prices are cheap and fees are transparent. You can rest assured that you have full control and own your coins at the end of the day.

Coincurve is only available in Canada, Australia (BETA) and Philippines (BETA).

You must be a resident of Canada, Australia or the Philippines to use Coincurve.

Yes. Coincurve is working diligently to expand into new markets.

Bitcoin’s mission is to become the global digital currency for finance, commerce and payments. Other virtual currencies may share the same vision, but have different technological characteristics to achieve the same mission.

Ultimately, store of value comes from utility and use. This is why we only offer virtual currencies that are actually spendable and globally accepted​.

There are no immediate urgencies to add more digital currencies at the moment.

Yes. We are registered with AUSTRAC: DCE100706526-001. We take compliance very seriously and follow strict policies.

TROUBLESHOOT

After receiving your payment, Coincurve is required to verify your information before we can deliver you the coins. This process can take up to 3 hours. Please be patient and review the Terms of Service.

The blockchain can also experience high network traffic at times, that are outside of Coincurve’s control. If your transaction was successful, and you have received a blockchain transaction ID on your receipt, we have already sent your coins to your wallet. You will receive your coins once the blockchain confirms the transaction.

If you haven’t received your coins after 24 hours, please Contact Us.

Please Contact Us immediately as blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Entering a wrong address whether sending or receiving will result in the loss of coins. Coincurve is NOT responsible for your mistakes resulting in the loss of your coins.

No, we do not offer refunds. Please review the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.​

The most common reasons are:

  1. We didn’t receive your payment within the allowable time.
  2. The data you provided did not meet our compliance requirements.
  3. Purchase and payment amount are not the same.

Some issuer banks have their own terms regarding where and when those cards can be used, and may decline the charge on their side.

Coincurve follows strict compliance rules to validate and protect our customers. Every transaction is unique and goes through a security validation.

Yes. Coincurve follows strict compliance rules to validate and protect our customers.

We need to ensure you are making the transaction for your own behalf, and not others. Thus, a photo of you holding a government issued ID assures all of your provided information matches your payment information.

You are required to enter a valid, personal email address.

Personal email address acts as a credible identifier and as an immediate way for us to notify you of instructions and transaction statuses.

Yes. Receipts will be sent to your email.

Coincurve is strictly for personal use.

The purpose of our service is strictly for personal use of buying, selling and spending Bitcoin & other virtual currencies.

Do not enter a wallet address or an email that does not belong to you. While transactions on the blockchain are pseudonymous, Coincurve prohibits the use of our service to (1) pay others in Bitcoin & virtual currencies, (2) purchase Bitcoin & virtual currencies on behalf of others, (3) sell Bitcoin & virtual currencies for others, or (4) sell Bitcoin & virtual currencies to pay others. Doing so may leave you vulnerable to scams and violates our Terms of Service. Any funds lost in such transactions will not be refunded as they cannot be reversed on the blockchain.

WALLETS & ADDRESSES

A bitcoin wallet​ is a digital software wallet that holds your Bitcoins.​

Yes. There are many types of wallets that you can set up. The three most common types of wallets are:

  • A web wallet is a wallet ​that you can signup online to use as your personal Bitcoin bank. These wallets are easy to setup and are generally secure.

  • A software wallet is a software that you can download on your computer. Software wallets are usually more complicated to manage but can provide more security.

  • A hardware wallet is a physical device similar to a USB thumb drive. Hardware wallets are more expensive but can provide the most security for your Bitcoins.

Yes. Most web or software wallets are free. Hardware wallets vary in price, but usually there is a cost to purchase a hardware wallet.

No. We believe that Bitcoin is about control. Therefore, our customers should have full control of their Bitcoins and the freedom of selecting their own wallets.​

For ultimate security, we recommend reputable hardware wallets such as Trezor or Nano Ledger.

Web wallets are less recommended. If you must use one, we recommend blockchain.com

Note that Coincurve is not affiliated or associated with any of these companies and/or services. These are strictly general market recommendations.

No! All virtual currencies (eg: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin) are completely different currencies and have unique wallets that can NOT be shared or reused between different virtual currencies.

You will lose your coins if you use the wrong wallet!

As an additional note, even Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are also entirely different virtual currencies. They have completely different wallets and can’t be used interchangeably.

Coincurve is NOT responsible for your mistakes that result in loss of coins.

Once you create wallet of your choice, you can generate multiple receiving public addresses. These public addresses can be safely shared with ​Coincurve to send coins to your personal wallet.

No. Addresses are unique to its originated virtual currency. Please always double check that you are entering the correct wallet address corresponding to your intended wallet.

Example:

A Bitcoin address is NOT the same address as a Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum or Litecoin address, and can NOT be used interchangeably.

Entering an incorrect address may result in a loss of coins which are unrecoverable. Coincurve is NOT responsible for your mistakes that result in loss of coins.

Bitcoin & virtual currency prices are highly volatile with dramatic fluctuations. Coincurve provides an updated price quote every 10 minutes. This ensure price protection for our customers and Coincurve.

Yes. ​We do not hold your coins, you do! Once Coincurve has verified your information and sent coins to your personal wallet, you have full control of your coins.

POLi Payments

POLi Payments is an online payment option which facilitates an internet bank payment from your bank account to a merchant such as Coincurve. It is favoured by customers and merchants as it guides the customer through the payment process.

POLi Payments is a business of Australia Post.

POLi Payments facilitates payments from your internet online bank. The amount, reference information and banking details are pre-populated. When the payment is confirmed, you will receive a completed payment notification.

To start the process,

  1. Choose the POLi Payment method.
  2. Select your bank and click proceed with payment.
  3. Log in directly to your bank.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the Pay Anyone transaction (may include selecting account or entering second factor information)
  5. Complete the payment and receive your receipt.

Coincurve only recommends using a Australian Dollars (AUD) credit card.

All purchases through Coincurve are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you use a non-Australian Dollars card, your bank will likely charge you foreign exchange fees.

Visa / Mastercard purchases may incur fees more than 8% if you purchase below $200 AUD worth of Bitcoins & other virtual currencies.

Your bank may also consider virtual currency transactions as cash advance and charge you interest. Coincurve has no control over your bank’s actions and we are not responsible of any additional fees that occur outside of a Coincurve transaction.

Depending on the amount you wish to purchase, you may be required to provide personal information including government ID and a selfie to comply with compliance and regulatory policies.

To be compliant, our processors may increase or decrease their limits without notice.

It is recommended that you follow Coincurve’s purchase limits.

Our processing partner automatically stores your account information making it convenient for future purchases using your card.
